Policies: AmateurGolf.com Tour and Partner Events

At AmateurGolf.com, tournaments are our business. In addition to providing schedules, results, and news about thousands of tournaments, we run our own "Tour" and have partnered with several independent tournaments to assist them with registration and administration. Some of the things you can expect from any AmateurGolf.com or partner event are quality courses, a competitive field, web-based administration, and a team who is dedicated to "getting it right."

Please read the following policies carefully. If you do not agree to any of them, please contact us immediately in order to request a refund. PLEASE NOTE: These policies apply to our 36-hole California weekend events but not our travel or partner events. Refund policies for those events are stated and agreed to during the registration process.

REFUNDS
When requesting a refund from an AmateurGolf.com Tour event for any reason, please note these firm refund policies. (For partner events, please visit their website for information on their refund policy.)

- Players canceling more than 21 days prior to the first tournament round will be issued a refund to their credit card, less a $25 administration fee.

- Players canceling 15-21 days prior to the tournament's first round are provided with a credit of 75% of the entry fee paid.

- Players canceling 7-14 days prior will be provided with a credit of 50% of the entry fee paid.

- No refunds will be provided for any reason less than 7 days prior to the first round of the tournament. Note that the existence of a wait list does NOT change the refund policy.

WEATHER POLICY
The majority of AmateurGolf.com events are 36 holes, and many of them are played during California's rainiest season. By entering you agree to the following weather policy. (For AmateurGolf.com partner events, please visit the tournament website for their weather policy.)

- We play rain or shine. There will be no credits provided due to potentially bad weather -- if you enter be prepared to play. This takes precedence over our refund policy listed above.

- In the event that one round is washed out or canceled for any other reason, you will be provided with an appropriate consideration, at the discretion of AmateurGolf.com. For example you may receive a credit to play the course on another date or a flat fee to be spent in the golf shop of the host course.

- If the entire tournament is canceled, you will be provided a refund to your credit card (or by check), less a $25 administrative fee, unless you have already withdrawn, in which case the normal refund policy applies.

AMATEURGOLF.COM, INC. TOUR - PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, GENERAL RELEASE and INDEMNITY

I have completed and submitted an online entry form to participate in the AMATEURGOLF.COM TOUR which, for purposes hereof, includes any golf tournament operated by AMATEURGOLF.COM, INC. In registering online or on the phone, I agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Participant Acknowledgement, General Release and Indemnity (the "Release"). In consideration of being permitted to participate in the AMATEURGOLF.COM TOUR, and for other good and valuable consideration which I have received, I hereby acknowledge and irrevocably agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MY PARTICIPATION IN THE AMATEURGOLF.COM TOUR MAY PRESENT CERTAIN RISKS TO ME, AND I HEREBY ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY AMATEURGOLF.COM TOURNAMENT I ENTER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE RISK OF DEATH OR PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL INJURY, MINOR AND/OR SEVERE BODILY HARM, AND/OR ILLNESS, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE WHICH ARISE BY ANY MEANS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: INSTRUCTION BY AMATEURGOLF.COM, INC. OR ANY HOST SITE OR HOST SITE PRO; ACTS, OMISSIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS OR ADVICE GIVEN BY AMATEURGOLF.COM, INC. OR ANY HOST SITE OR HOST SITE PRO OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OR OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES AFFILIATED WITH THE AMATEURGOLF.COM TOUR; LATENT OR APPARENT DEFECTS OR CONDITIONS IN ANY EQUIPMENT USED IN OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE AMATEURGOLF.COM TOUR; THE USE OR OPERATION BY ME OR OTHERS OF SAID EQUIPMENT; ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF OTHER PEOPLE; WEATHER OR OTHER NATURAL CONDITIONS; MY OWN PHYSICAL CONDITION; MY OWN ACTS OR OMISSIONS; FIRST-AID, EMERGENCY TREATMENT OR OTHER SERVICES RENDERED TO ME OR OTHERS. I HEREBY AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL SUCH RISKS AS WELL AS ANY RISKS NOT MENTIONED HEREIN (THE FOREGOING EXAMPLES NOT PURPORTING TO BE A COMPLETE OR EXHAUSTIVE LIST) THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE AMATEURGOLF.COM TOUR.

2. I AND MY HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNS HEREBY VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY, RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND RELINQUISH ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS AND LAWSUITS OF ANY KIND AGAINST AMATEURGOLF.COM INC., ANY HOST SITE, ANY HOST SITE PRO AND, AS APPLICABLE, EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT, SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AS WELL AS ALL EXISTING AND FORMER OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, LICENSEES AND ASSIGNS OF EACH OF THE FOREGOING, RELATED TO OR ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE AMATEURGOLF.COM TOUR, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS OR LAWSUITS FOR WRONGFUL DEATH, NEGLIGENCE AND/OR OTHER FAULT, EITHER ACTIVE OR PASSIVE, PERSONAL INJURY, DEFAMATION, FALSE LIGHT, RIGHT OF PUBLICITY, INVASION OF PRIVACY, FRAUD, BREACH OF CONTRACT AND NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.
