Lutz, Haag make cut at the British Senior Open
TURNBERRY, Scotland (July 27, 2012) -- Chip Lutz posted a second round 6-over-par 76 to further his bid for low amateur honors at the Senior British Open at Turnberry, Scotland. Lutz went out in 39, but rallied coming with a 2-over-par 37 on a day that saw scores rise due to increasing wind.
American and past Senior British Open Low Amateur, Randy Haag, carded a pair of 74's to make the cut on the number.
Englishman Stephan East carded an 80 to go with yesterday's 72 to miss the halfway cut by three strokes.

and from 2003 is included in the Champions
Tour as one of the five major world events in
senior golf. The event is jointly administered by
the European Seniors Tour and The R&A.
