Clemson Invitational: Ingrid Lindblad dominates to win for the 14th time

Ingrid Lindblad of LSU shot a scorching 18-under to win the 2024 Clemson Women's Invitational at the Reserve Club at Lake Keowee in Sunset, S.C.
Lindblad, who won this tournament in 2022 outright and was co-medalist in 2023, shot rounds of 66-67-65 to get to 18-under. Her final round, 7-under 65, consisted of eight birdies and one bogey. She only made three bogeys all week, one in each round.
Lindblad is currently ranked No. 1 in the Golfweek/AmateurGolf.com Women's Rankings. This is the 14th win in her historic collegiate career. She will not turn her sights to the Augusta National Women's Amateur in two weeks.

Adela Cernousek of Texas A&M finished in solo second place at 8-under, and Anna Morgan of Furman finished in solo third place at 7-under. Audrey Ryu of Furman finished in solo fourth place at 5-under, and Virginie Ding of Vanderbilt, Sara Byrne of Miami, and Natacha Husted of Ole Miss finished T5 at 4-under.
In the team competition, Vanderbilt shot 12-under to win by six shots over Texas A&M, who finished in solo second place at 6-under.
This was the second win of the season for the Commodores and their first wire-to-wire win.
LSU finished in solo third place at 3-under, Clemson finished in solo fourth place at even par, and Michigan State finished in solo fifth place at 4-over. Ohio State finished in solo sixth place at 6-over, Kentucky finished in solo seventh place at 7-over, and Ole Miss finished in solo eighth place at 10-over.
